Privacy Policy

We believe trust is part of good digital marketing. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through loboc.org, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: August 31, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Loboc ("Loboc", "we", "us", or "our"), a digital marketing agency based in Kingston, Jamaica, handles personal data collected through loboc.org and our related online services.

For privacy questions or requests, contact us at success@loboc.org or write to 3 Midland Drive, Kingston 10, St Andrew, Jamaica. We are reviewing our registration and other compliance details with the Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC), as required by applicable Jamaican data-protection law.

2. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and business details: full name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and marketing budget.
  • Information you choose to provide: notes in a contact form and answers to our business/marketing questionnaire, such as industry, goals, advertising activity, and lead-generation practices.
  • Chat information: messages you send to our website chat assistant and the conversation context needed to generate a response. Loboc does not save chat messages or chat context in any database of its own. Chat data is sent directly to and processed by our AI provider to generate the response. Please do not submit passwords, financial details, health information, or other sensitive personal data in the chat.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction or conversion events collected by our hosting and analytics tools.

3. How we collect it

We collect information:

  • directly from you when you complete a contact or work-with-us form;
  • when you submit a lead form or business questionnaire;
  • when you use the website chat assistant; and
  • automatically through the website, server logs, Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Ads tags.

Some pages also embed Google Maps and a YouTube video. Those services may receive technical information when their content loads or when you interact with it, according to their own policies.

4. Why we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and arrange consultations;
  • evaluate a business's needs and provide requested services;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
  • understand website performance and advertising conversions;
  • send service-related communications; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the website chat to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Cookies and analytics

Loboc and its providers may use cookies, similar technologies, and server-side measurement to keep the site working, understand traffic, measure advertising, and prevent abuse. Google Analytics and Google Ads are configured in the site code, and Vercel Analytics is used for product and traffic measurement.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, the controls provided by the relevant service. Blocking some cookies may affect functionality. We will update this notice if we add a consent-management tool or new tracking technology.

6. Who receives personal data

Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the purposes above. Form and lead data may be handled by our authorised team, hosting and database providers, email delivery provider (Resend), and analytics and advertising providers (Vercel and Google). Chat messages and the chat context are sent to and processed by the AI provider; Loboc does not store that chat data in its own databases. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect people, property, or our services.

These providers may process information outside Jamaica, including in the United States or other countries. We expect them to apply appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards. The AI provider may retain or use chat data under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Retention and security

We keep contact, lead, and questionnaire information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including providing services, following up on an enquiry, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or accounting requirements. We review retention periods and securely delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed. Loboc does not retain website chat messages or chat context in its own databases; any retention of chat data is controlled by the AI provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal data, provide access to it, correct inaccurate data, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, or provide a portable copy where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

To make a request, email success@loboc.org with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also contact Jamaica's OIC or make a complaint through its official website at oic.gov.jm.

9. Children and sensitive data

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly request personal data from children. Please do not provide sensitive personal data through our forms or chat unless we specifically ask for it and explain why it is needed.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. This policy was last updated on August 31, 2026.

This policy describes the current website implementation. If you have a question about a particular campaign, service, or data request, please contact us before sharing additional information. You can return to the Loboc homepage at any time.
